Free swimming to return to city

Clarence Esplanade resurfacing

Colas, the City Council’s highways contractor, will be resurfacing Clarence Esplanade from the hovercraft terminal to the junction of South Parade next week.   The work will start on Monday 21 March and is estimated to finish on Friday 8 April, weather permitting.
